We’re Featured in Office Concept!

We’re excited to share that Conexus Studio has been featured for the second time in Office Concept magazine, a leading Asia Pacific publication focused on workplace design and office solutions. This latest issue, themed, “Conexus Studio: Workspaces That Shape Ambition,” spotlights our belief that great workplaces don’t just look good — they help people connect, collaborate, and grow. While these project's span different industries and scales, they share a common approach – one that puts people, purpose, and performance at the centre. Across the feature, four themes emerge consistently.

Community-first workplaces anchored by hospitality-style social cores

We design social spaces as cultural anchors, not afterthoughts. You’ll see this in Conexus Studio’s Malaysia office that is ready for everything from daily catch-ups to townhalls. At Allied World and Marvell, the work cafés are designed for collaboration and events.

Flexibility and choice to support hybrid work and changing needs

Workstyles shift, so workplaces should too. Across multiple workplaces, flexibility shows up through operable partitions, scalable training rooms, convertible boardrooms, and townhall-ready zones.

Examples include Murex and CTC Global, where transformable meeting environments and varied settings enable autonomy. Even more compact offices like Fangda Partners apply modular planning to host everything from private legal discussions to larger gatherings.

Brand storytelling embedded into spatial experience

Brand isn’t just a logo wall, it’s a lived experience. At Hitachi Asia, the design references the Hitachi crest and includes a symbolic “One Hitachi” feature to reinforce unity. While Arkema uses bold colour and form to express energy and optimism, Samsonite reflects the brand’s travel heritage through a minimalist palette.

For heritage-driven organisations like AET & MISC Group, storytelling becomes immersive through maritime forms and design gestures inspired by tides, tankers and currents. ComfortDelGro takes an experiential route, weaving in heritage elements to bridge past and future.

Wellbeing and sustainability integrated into performance

From daylight and biophilia to eco-conscious materials and energy-efficient systems, we aim to create workplaces that support people and planet.

At Vallianz Holdings, sustainability is reinforced through material and system choices aligned to stringent building standards. Similarly, Manulife Financial Advisers balances efficiency measures with human comfort and the practical reuse of existing furniture. And Baker McKenzie integrates wellness through a biophilic indoor garden, offering a calm moment in a high-performance legal environment.

We’re grateful to Office Concept for the spotlight, and to our clients for the trust and partnership that makes this work possible. Pick up a copy of the magazine at select newsstands and bookstores near you.
