Located at Alexandra Technopark, CTC Global’s new 29,055 sqft headquarters, reimagines the contemporary tech office as more than just a place of productivity. Conceived as an Innovation Nexus, the space reflects the company's dual identity as a forward-thinking tech firm with a human-first philosophy. The result is an immersive brand experience—futuristic in ambition but anchored in tactile warmth and functional clarity.

Futurism on Arrival

The journey begins at a reception designed to captivate and inspire. Visitors are greeted by an oversized six-meter-wide digital wall animated with CTC’s branding, alongside a product display zone that allows technology to be experienced first-hand from the outset, setting the tone for innovation. Nearby, an elevated circular meeting room overlooks the arrival space, offering a semi-private perch for quick exchanges. Sweeping curves and centrical geometries shape a spatial choreography that leads users through interconnected zones. Layered lighting and a considered mix of timber and metallic accents add depth and refinement.

Behind the reception desk, a distinctive oval-shaped innovation hub doubles as a multipurpose venue—supporting anything from training sessions to client showcases. Along its walkways, hotdesks and informal seating integrate greenery, softening the high-tech edge while expanding usability and user choice. Together, these gestures compose a reception space that is visually impactful and highly adaptable, setting the stage for the workplace beyond.

Hospitality at the Heart

Beyond the stunning front-of-house, the workspace unfolds into a contrasting atmosphere of warmth and calm. Here, biophilic principles meet Japandi sensibilities: natural timber hues, a soft, earthy palette, and tactile textures ease the spatial tone, supporting comfort and wellbeing.

Bathed in natural light, the spacious work café serves as the social heartbeat of the office. A mosaic-inlaid bar table reading 'Konnichiwa,' anchors the space and invites connection, blending Japanese hospitality with modern productivity. Smaller meeting rooms are discreetly tucked behind the pantry, allowing for fluid transitions between casual exchanges and focused discussion.

Agility Embedded Within

Flexibility is the very backbone of CTC Global’s new headquarters. The elevated boardroom effortlessly transforms into two separate meeting areas, while its auditorium-style steps double as tiered seating for larger gatherings. The open-plan work café extends this adaptability—hosting company-wide townhalls one moment, then folding back into a space for small-group exchanges the next. Residential-style sofa settings, café-like seating and communal high tables further enrich this landscape, giving staff a spectrum of environments for collaboration, casual conversation or pause.

With a larger headcount and more functions to accommodate, the new office also consciously supports CTC’s cultural shift—one that champions openness and autonomy over rigid hierarchies. Circulation pathways are carefully planned to maximise usable space, and a deliberate mix of phone booths, enclaves, and lounge corners is woven across the floorplate. Together, these choices go beyond functionality; they create a dynamic, people-first environment that adapts to diverse workstyles and needs. In doing so, the design not only reflects CTC’s identity but also embodies its care for the well-being and empowerment of every employee.
