A New Chapter in Creative Leadership
We’re excited to share that Siva Ganesan has been promoted to Creative Director, Singapore.
Siva Ganesan assumes the role of Creative Director, strengthening Conexus Studio’s creative leadership.
Since joining us in 2024 as Lead Designer, Siva has played a key role in delivering transformative workplaces for Alibaba Cloud, Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow, Manulife Financial Advisers, and Allied World. These projects reflect the balance we strive for in every engagement: bold ideas grounded in technical discipline, and seamless execution from design through delivery.
With over two decades of experience spanning architecture and interior design across London, Dublin, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, Siva brings a global perspective shaped by cultural sensitivity and complex commercial environments His work reflects a deep understanding that great workplaces must do more than look good — they must inspire, perform, and deliver measurable value.
Designing for What 2026 Demands
Siva’s appointment reinforces our belief that creative leadership must extend beyond aesthetics. As Creative Director, he will guide the design vision of the Singapore practice, lead key client pursuits, and ensure greater integration across teams — strengthening alignment from early strategy to final build.
For our clients and partners, this means sharper strategic thinking at the outset, stronger cohesion throughout the project lifecycle, and workplaces that are not only compelling in form, but operationally grounded and future-ready.
As highlighted in our recent 2026 Workplace Design Trends insights, clients are seeking more intentional environments that soften hierarchy, create welcoming and brand-aligned arrival experiences, and sensory-optimised environments engineered for cognitive performance. Sustainability has moved beyond narrative into measurable outcomes, from low-embodied carbon materials to air quality benchmarks that directly support wellbeing and productivity. Neuro-inclusivity is also becoming part of mainstream workforce strategy rather than a standalone wellness feature.
As Creative Director, Siva will guide how we translate these evolving priorities into integrated design-and-build solutions, strengthening alignment from early strategy through to final delivery, sharpening client pursuits, and ensuring our teams operate as one cohesive system.
For our clients and partners, this means greater clarity at the outset, stronger integration across disciplines, and workplaces engineered not only to look exceptional, but to perform commercially, culturally, and cognitively.
This milestone represents more than a promotion. It reflects our continued investment in leadership that balances ambition with discipline, and our commitment to ensuring that every square metre we design carries clear intent and long-term value.
The evolution of the workplace is accelerating, and we’re excited to lead the way.
Here’s to what’s next.
