A Space to Dream Bigger
A shared moment of pride—CTC Global and Conexus teams gathered at the grand opening of the Singapore office.
CTC Global has officially unveiled its new Singapore headquarters — a 29,055 sqft workspace we were honoured to design and build at Alexandra Technopark. More than just an office, this new space reflects CTC’s vision of bringing people, technology, and collaboration together in an environment that feels both forward-looking and human.
The grand opening was filled with energy and joy, from a spirited lion dance to a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the the beginning of a new chapter. Guests were welcomed into a workspace carefully shaped to encourage connection, discovery, and pride in being part of something bigger.
One of the most memorable moments for us was hearing the opening message from Mr. Yoshihiko Ito, Chairman & Managing Director of CTC Global:
“This space is a celebration of all your hard work and unwavering commitment to CTC. It’s designed for you — to innovate, to collaborate, and to dream bigger together. I hope you will see it as a second home and a source of inspiration for the goals we will accomplish together.”
Spaces only come alive when people can truly see themselves in them, and it was clear from his message that this was exactly the kind of environment CTC wanted for their team. That sentiment carried through when Miss Lee Liy Shen, Head of HR & General Affairs and Task Force Lead, shared the design journey and some of the decisions behind it:
“Even small design choices, like saving the best view for our support team or choosing warm finishes around tech-heavy zones, were made to ensure the space feels open, human, and inclusive.”
It’s these thoughtful details that made this project so meaningful to us. Every design conversation was anchored by CTC’s genuine care for their people — a quality that gave this project its heart. For us at Conexus Studio, being able to translate that care into physical space is exactly why we do what we do.
The celebration didn’t stop there. CTC’s leadership also introduced exciting updates on new products and services, giving a glimpse into the future they are shaping. Afterwards, partners and guests were invited on a guided office tour, experiencing first-hand how the design supports both the company’s ambitions and its day-to-day culture.
From start to end, this project has been a true partnership — one where we felt equally inspired by CTC’s vision as we were driven to bring it to life. Seeing their team move into the space and enjoy it as their own was the most rewarding part of the entire journey. Congratulations once again to CTC Global.
