Designing a new home for the innovative FinTech work at TenX, we addressed the growing need to bring both their staff and their wider Cryptocurrency community together in an iconic headquarters that drove collaboration and reflected the company's culture.

The resulting new office is a bold expression of the brand’s identity, showcased in an atmosphere that is welcoming and incorporates biophilic design principles. Key to the design is how the office layout and design actively supports TenX’s people experience and strikes a balance between private, semi-private and social functions in order to drive innovation at work.

“The Fintech industry is a very exciting and innovative new space and we wanted to convey this in TenX’s new headquarters. Its design does not shy away from the unconventional, with strong use of colour, dynamic angular layout and a blue accent light running through the space, like a bolt of electricity powering the work within. Even then, the office space is deliberately welcoming and open, inviting employees and guests alike to embrace the brand’s vision of the future.”
— Aviruth Trungtreechart, Design Director of Conexus Studio

United as a Community

A social hub takes pride of place at the heart of the modern office, which double-duty as a showcase and event space for outreach to the company's wider Cryptocurrency community. It is designed with variety of seating nooks and multi-tasking features that enable an extremely scalable multi-functional space: from meetings for two to event settings accommodating up to 200 people.

Equipped for Work & Play

A 'running track’ concept along the office's built-up core highlights a connective space designated for creative thinking sessions as well as rejuvenation, allowing both ideas and staff room to grow. Here, lifestyle elements such as monkey bars and relaxation pods bring a sense of adventure and inject vitality into the workday.

“The new design is amazing, I am so pleased with the office turned out. In terms of the space addressing all (our) needs, it actually has - 100%. Even more”

Sabrina Jaksa, VP People Experience
