Heartiest congratulations to RedNote (小红书) on the grand opening of The Island in Singapore!
We were delighted to join the RedNote team in celebrating this special milestone and seeing their new workplace come alive with colleagues, partners and guests.
Known for its vibrant community and culture of sharing, RedNote has brought that same energy into its new Singapore workplace. The Island is a colourful expression of the brand’s personality, with spaces designed to welcome visitors, encourage interaction and inspire shared experiences.
From the bespoke reception counter and distinctive glazed-tile feature wall to the bold blue architectural framing, the workplace brings together expressive design elements and thoughtful material details.
Working across design implementation, build and project management, our team helped translate the vision into reality, coordinating the craftsmanship, technical execution and finishing touches that give the space its distinctive character.
Seeing the completed workplace filled with people was a particularly rewarding moment for our team. After months of close collaboration and careful execution, the opening offered a chance to experience The Island as it was intended: a lively setting for people to gather, interact and create new memories.
A Celebration to Remember
The opening festivities were just as colourful as the workplace itself. A Malay cultural performance brought a distinctly local touch to the occasion, reflecting Singapore’s multicultural identity, followed by speeches from RedNote’s senior management.
The festivities continued with a playful twist on the local tradition of rolling a pineapple to usher in prosperity. The giant inflatable pineapple brought plenty of laughter and enthusiastic team participation. Guests also left their signatures on three commemorative boards, collecting RedNote’s 小红薯 (“Little Red Sweet Potato”) plush toy dressed in a Merlion costume – a charming nod to the brand’s Singapore home.
