Our third project at Labrador Tower is a space that is close to our heart (and Singapore office!), and we couldn’t be more honoured to celebrate this achievement alongside our valued client.

The launch event earlier this month was an energetic and joyous occasion that beautifully reflected Vallianz’s forward-thinking ethos. Distinguished guests, including Vallianz’s executive team and other key stakeholders from the maritime industry, gathered to usher in this new chapter of innovation and growth.

We were especially grateful to receive a heartfelt shoutout from Cindy Tan, Director of Group Supply Chain Management at Vallianz Holdings Limited. “We had a great experience working with Conexus Studio on our office renovation,” said Cindy. “Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly dedicated and brimming with creative energy, going above and beyond to create a beautiful, agile workspace that is not only tailored to our needs, but also thoughtfully designed to support our growth.”

Over the course of the project, we worked in unison to breathe life into the office, weaving in intricate details that pay homage to Vallianz’s rich maritime heritage, with a keen focus on comfort and versatility. These efforts culminated in a magnetic workplace with stunning sea views that embodies Vallianz’s progressive brand identity—a thriving environment which nurtures lasting connections and sparks greater innovation.
