Conexus Studio's compact yet vibrant office at Golden Agri Plaza (GAP) served as the first headquarters for the interior design firm, designed to cultivate a thriving hybrid work ecosystem that seamlessly integrated practicality and sophistication. Infused with unique and inspiring details, the workplace fosters a culture of creativity and collaboration among its team members. With a keen focus on maximising efficiency and minimising disruptions, thoughtful space planning delineates the back and front-of-house areas, ensuring a conducive environment for focused work and innovation.

Embodying Design Excellence

For the boutique design and build company specialising in workplace environments, the Conexus Studio office serves as both a base for meaningful work and a direct representation of the team's potential. Despite the compact entryway, guests are wowed by the sight of a lush live green wall and a striking boardroom nestled at the core of the office.

Intricately designed with 189 strips of timber batten adorning both the walls and ceiling that provide an interesting contrast with the graceful curves of the space, the boardroom makes an understatedly refined statement. Accolades garnered over the years are proudly showcased in uniquely-designed adjustable shelving in the boardroom, fostering team pride and elevating the firm's external image.

Enhancing Office Collaboration

Taking a holistic approach towards workspace design, Conexus Studio's office places people at its core. With height-adjustable hotdesking workstations alongside versatile communal desks and window bar seats, Conexus Studio’s office offers a multitude of work environments to suit diverse requirements. A brightly coloured phone booth and several casual meeting nooks provide the perfect escape for a quick mood boost or impromptu brainstorming session. Equipped with cutting-edge video conferencing and collaboration technology, the gap between remote and in-office work is bridged seamlessly, enabling effortless connection and interaction for employees, regardless of their location.

Embracing Flexibility and Serenity

Conexus Studio prioritises comfort in its workplace design by catering to the evolving needs of its hybrid workforce. In the delightful open pantry, users are invited to enjoy moments of rest and rejuvenation amidst the busy workday. Adorned with geometric tiles in a gradient of colours, the walls of the pantry form an ever-changing pattern that adds a playful touch of life to the space.

Stepping further inside, a walkway guides visitors towards the back of the house. Here, black acoustic panels reveal a tapestry of interlocking circles and striped motifs, drawing inspiration from the brand’s tagline, Designed to Connect. Within the workstation area, unique partitions crafted from interlocking felt panels create a sculptural 3D effect that offers both acoustic comfort and visual privacy. With these customised design details in every corner, the office provides a creative agile environment that engages and inspires the team.
