An agile company known for its innovative software solutions, Amdocs enlisted Conexus Studio's help to renovate its existing office and at the same time reduce the office floorplate to meet changing business needs. The design driver for the new space was to update workplace branding, drive a closer-knit and collaborative team, and improve efficiencies through workplace design.
Starting with a deep dive into Amdoc’s employees' work style and needs, the space was reconfigured with an inspiring open plan layout which allows natural light into every corner. Clearly defined back and front-of-house spaces are key to ensuring a condusive working environment for this busy office. A guest lounge was created to allow visitors a dedicated coworking area to minimise disturbance to the internal staff.
An Office Renovation that Delivers Value
Meeting rooms were retained as much as possible to minimize the amount of structural changes to the built-up areas. This meant a lesser extent of construction, and the renovation budget was given over to a high quality fit-out and material finishes.
A two-phase renovation period allowed for disruption to employees during the re-stack to be minimized. Conexus Studio also applied it’s Covid-19 workplace strategies to ensure a safe return to the workplace — a brighter and more inspiring one — for the Amdocs Singapore team.
